President: Bobbie-Christine
The President of BOP! leads the organization's overall direction and function, and ensures decisions made by the group always adhere to the mission statement. The President works directly with the BOP! leadership team on initiatives, planning, decision making.

Vice President: Katie
The Vice President of BOP! holds necessary executive powers in instances of the President's absence or incapability. The Vice President similarly works with the BOP! leadership team on initiatives, planning, and decision making, however they also work more directly to address any arising conflicts.

Head of Administration: Stephanie
The Head of Administration leads the Administrative Committee. The Head of Administration creates and maintains all important organizational documentation, including but not limited to the: charter, org chart, committee rosters, mission/vision statements, leader job descriptions, approval forms, and leadership meeting agendas and action items. They keep an accurate ledger of incoming/outgoing funds, update organizational information on the website, and are the driving force in our pursuit of becoming 501c3 eligible.

Head of Operations: Misha
The Head of Operations leads the Operations Committee. The Head of Operations works to secure BOP!’s position at events and conventions via correspondence with showrunners and event hosts. They will network, orchestrate logistics, and ensure that BOP! materials arrive at scheduled booths, as well as manage set-up, tear-down, and booth volunteers.

Head of Vision & Values: Eliana
The Head of Vision and Values leads the Vision and Values Committee. The Head of Vision and Values acknowledges that intersectionality is a continuous and active process, and even an organization dedicated to diversity like BOP! will have shortcomings to address. They will undertake efforts that reach out to those the community are failing to give the right attention to. They serve as BOP’s quality control across initiatives, ensuring consistent alignment with our mission.

Head of Community Development: Beth
The Head of Community Development leads the Community Development Committee. The Head of Community Development works to facilitate the ideation, launch, and production of internally-run initiatives. Collaborating with other committees when applicable, they will produce initiatives such as fundraisers, mentorship programs, and Bird Hangouts.

Head of Communications & Media: Jordan
The Head of Communications and Media leads the Communications and Media Committee. The Head of Communications and Media will work closely with their committee members on a regular basis to generate online engagement, advertisements, and graphics for Birds of Paradise. They are critical to ensuring BOP! maintains a consistent and recognizable visual brand across all platforms.

Head of Membership: Val
The Head of Membership leads the Membership Committee. The Head of Membership spearheads member recruitment initiatives for Birds of Paradise, ensuring new and joining members meet fair criteria. The Head of Membership is responsible for the navigation of internal elections or voting matters. They define our internal processes of what it means to be a “rotating collective.”

Head of Competitive Magic: Nile
The Head of Competitive Magic leads the Competitive Magic Committee. The Head of Competitive Magic will coordinate competitive events that BOP! is hosting or partaking in. They will bridge a gap to allow more people to learn, practice, and improve as Magic players. This role has the capacity to host tournaments and competitions. Committee engagement is vital to ensuring as few competitive formats are left unsung as possible.
